WSPS-915-2K-CCWA is a solid-state microwave energy device specifically used for application in the ISM field. It can provide 10-2000W continuous wave or pulsed power; it is a compact and miniaturised design using the latest generation of LDMOS/GaN devices, offers a fully solid-state solution with excellent performance and reliability. Compared to modular products, WSPS-915-2K-CCWA has more complete control functions
